The mainstay courses for commerce students are CA, CS and CMA.
I know what exactly is your confusion, but I would like to inform.
CS I.e company secretary is a professional who deals with all the legal aspects of any company. The main strengths of a CS is law. They are theoretically considered strong with specialistions in corporate laws, RBI, FEMA, IPR, mergers and acquisitions etc.

After you complete your CS, if there's still something you wanna pursue. Options are many but first, you got to decide what path do you want to walk.
If you need to get specialised in law and related fields then opting for LLB, MBL or short courses in getting specialisation like mergers and acquisitions, valuations, internal audit, insolvency professional, IPR specialist, etc. are there.
There's always the option of going for MBA.
Also, if you want, you can think of CA or CMA.
All the best.
Think wisely.

Yes, you can opt for graduating from deemed university.
It does not make much of a difference, since most of the times when you look for a job, it's the professional course which you have pursued and not the graduation score.
All the best!

Yes, you can and you should.
Most of the people do it simultaneously, thereby saving precious 3 years.
The strain might be a bit high in doing both together.
But then rewards are high too.
CS a professional course and B.Com, graduation; both can be completed simultaneously.
All the best.
