Dear Unnati, only that person can answer this question who had studied from both the institution. I hope you are understanding what I am trying to say. The syllabus seems easier to you only if you apply your 100% otherwise everything is difficult. What you can do is you can consult the current students from both these university and take reference or if possible go to their website and compare the course structure of both these two.

Either do CA from here on or complete M.Com with Taxation from BHU or DU.
There are other Audit and taxation certificates as well.

Eligibilty criteria to appear in CAT is that applicants should hold a Bachelors Degree with minimum 50 per cent marks or equivalent CGPA awarded by a recognised university or educational institute as incorporated by an Act of the Parliament or State legislature in India or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. NIMCET 2017 Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must be Indian National
Candidates must be holding graduation degree I.e. BCA/B.Sc (Hons.)/B.Sc/BIT as per 10+2+3 pattern from a recognised university.
