It completely depends on your area of interest. I personally believe it is you who can decide what you want to go for and nobody else. However, if you pursue B.Com you will be able to go for many other professional courses like ACCA, MBA or any other course that would have more scope. Animation will restrict you to creating or editing of animation. It means you shall become industry restricted. However, the final call is yours. I hope this would suffice. All the best. God bless you.

I don't want to add any fake hopes here.
I would suggest you to go through the syllabus of CAT first and then decide.
Because it is not easier to crack CAT.
Good luck!

As you are thinking about the MBA programme after B.Com, it's a good choice. But make sure that you can do it only among the top institutes as there are so many MBA graduates there. You can prepare along with your academic study so you have to manage time for that. And, if you get the entrance and can't get a good MBA college then my advice is to repeat the entrances as the college matters for MBA. In that time, you can do the job too as it will help you a lot in MBA. Job exp. will add much weightage to your MBA degree and you may get an awesome salary package because of the job experience.
So, start preparing for it. Good
