Yes, candidates can secure admisson to the Bachelor of Commerce (BCon) programme without CUET. As per the official website of Vinoba Bhave University, admission to the BCom course is subject to a valid score in the last qualifying exam. Students are offer admission on the basis of Class 12 exam. Further, candidates must apply via its chancellor's portal i.e., Jharkhand University.

Information related to the date of release of application forms can be obtained from the official site of the affiliated college or university. Most of the colleges give admission after filling out this application form so you must be very careful about the dates. The university releases all the information on its official website.
