Both are doing pretty well in this branch which is highly sought after and has maximum opportunities.

I would suggest you compare the following parameters:
Curriculum: If at all the curriculum is continuously upgraded and developed with consultations and feedback from the industry. Since it is a highly dynamic field, you can't afford a program that is stuck in obsolete technologies and syllabi.

In Short, from Short term Perspective both BS (Accounting and Finance) and BBA (Hons) Finance have the same value but in the long term, BS (Accounting and Finance)has more value in the field of finance as compared to BBA (Hons) Finance.
