Administrative law and constitutional law are two independent but linked legal disciplines. Administrative law oversees administrative agencies' operations and judgments, whereas constitutional law outlines the core structure and authorities of the government.Administrative law and constitutional law are intertwined in the sense that administrative agencies must act within the framework of the Constitution. Administrative agencies, for example, are not permitted to enact rules or regulations that contradict the Constitution. Furthermore, decisions taken by administrative agencies can be challenged in court on constitutional grounds.
