Both creative direction and public relations are a part of mass communication, you can pursue the Bachelor's degree from any mass communication college in your city and at the final year/semester you can choose your desired field.

MBA combined with a good course is anytime a better scope. But, PGD will also do if you look into the future of this field.

Public relation has its own charm. It has a good scope in the near future. All you need to have is proper communication skills and manipulative personality. That's it. If you have them within you then every PR company will strive to hire you.

Hi Siddhesh,
I would suggest you take a proper counselling of your brother about him being low on motivation of getting marks. If he's interested in photo editing, you may ask him to pursue a Bachelors in photography course from any of the good institutes of India.
