I would suggest you to find your interests and talent. If they include things like mass communication, marketing, advertising, creativity then you may opt for MBA. You may also give special attention towards MICAT. MICA, Ahmadabad is the place for you.

As you are more interested in management and advertisement field, you must target for pursuing MBA from top IIMs. You can opt for BBA as graduation and prepare well for CAT along with your graduation. After graduation, you can opt for Marketing/Event Management/MBA in entrepreneurship.

Ask yourself about your own career plans and decide. You may either choose engineering or opt for a career shift for example, doing a management course.
