Dear Rakesh,
Which country do you intend to go to ? If it is the UK then they have only 1 year Masters, the US and Australia have 1, 1.5 & 2 years Masters, more so in Australia and less in the US, it mostly 2 years there. However if you intend to apply for PR in Australia then you have to do a 2-year program as anything of lesser duration will not get you points to qualify. From the job angle only any duration is ok. If it is the UK then select a Masters with internship as this will increase chances of employment.

No,Its not in IITD. Its offered in IITB with closing rank 1200. In IIT-KGP with closing rank around 3000.

Operations & Marketing are very generic specialisations & you will have ample scope of a career in them.With the Govt recent focus on "make in India" , a lot of Indian & MNCs will set up shops in india in the Aerospace,Defence domain as well ,so you could grab on such opportunities and capitalize on your skills & technical knowledge.

As an Aeronautical engineer, there are job opportunities available in India as well as in foreign countries.
- You may work for large aviation companies such as Airbus, Boeing and even NASA.
- You can get employed by ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization) and the Defense Ministry.
- You can also look for jobs available with the Civil Aviation Department, National Aeronautical Laboratory, Defense Research and Development Laboratories (DRDO) and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL).
