IET, Lucknow is a premium institute for engineering. It provides B.Tech in many branches but not in agriculture. For B.Tech agriculture you must look out for other colleges.

Generally, the cut off for B.Sc Agriculture is high. You can check the cut off for Agriculture of this year on their official website. Just wait for the counselling, maybe, you can get a seat in the second or third session of counselling.

Anna University is one of the best universities in India. With the level of discipline in the campus, it stands head to head with other great Universities in India. The placement there is pretty good, but for the branch you queried is not so popular, so you'll be getting less opportunities than other branches.

Yes, you can take admission, but with this score, you may not get a good college. So, choose the best in what you can get. You can do agricultural engineering.
