No, you need to apply separately for both of the courses. If you want to go for B.Sc, B.Ed, then apply for that only. If you are interested in M.Sc Ed from Mysore, then you should go for this only. Applying at two places is just a waste of money. Best of luck.

No, you will not have to give an entrance exam. This is only based on your marks in Diploma or B.Sc.
There is information below about your Eligibility Criteria:
The candidate should have passed Diploma in Engineering from an AICTE approved institution with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/Non Creamy Layer OBC) or the candidate should have Degree in Science (B.Sc) with mathematics as a subject with minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/Non Creamy Layer OBC).
