You may not be able to get a seat in JNTUA as your rank is quite high for getting a seat in JNTUA. Because of competition for the seats, you may not able to get a seat. But it totally depends on the seats left out at the counseling. All the best.

Every branch you choose depends on your interest so if you have interest in programming then you can opt for CSE. You can earn basic C to get insight of what CSE is. So if you get CSE a good branch then you can dp CSE at JNTU,Anantapur. Bst of luck.
