Hai, Deekshitha! As per the 2019 last rank taken from OC EWS girls you may not get a CSE seat there. Because 2019 last rank is 28168. You have an easy chance in Bapatla Women's Engineering College. But, these are not so better. Based on your rank Vignan's Nirula and Kallam Haranadh Reddy in Guntur district are better.
