Hi there,
It is the certificate issued by your respective board stating that you have passed their respective exams. In most cases, mark sheet and pass certificate are two different documents. Some cases are there where both the documents are same, i.e, the mark sheet is your pass certificate. This has to confirm with the respective board in which you have given exam.
