You should take the college in first counselling because in first counselling, remaining seats are filled so you may not get a deserving seat. So, I suggest you to take the first counselling college. Good luck.

Hello Rohit,
Seats fall vacant for subsequent rounds of counselling, only when students are willing to give up seats obtained in previous rounds. I really doubt, if anyone with CS will like to give up. Hence, I am afraid your chances are minimal.
