It is unlikely that you will get a seat in SVVU with an Andhra Pradesh EAMCET rank of 11k. The cut-off rank for SVVU is usually much lower than that. In 2022, the cut-off rank for BVSc at SVVU was 5,331 for the general category and 2,569 for the SC/ST category. So, you would need to score much higher than your current rank to be considered for admission to SVVU.
However, there are a few factors that could improve your chances of getting a seat in SVVU. If you are from a reserved category, you will have a lower cut-off rank. You could also improve your chances by participating in extracurricular activities or by scoring well in the NEET

It is unlikely that you will get a free seat for CSE with an EAMCET rank of 130624. The cutoff rank for a free seat in CSE in Telangana in 2022 was 3,500. This means that you would need to score at least 1000 marks in EAMCET to be eligible for a free seat in CSE. However, the cutoffs can vary from year to year, so it is possible that you could get a seat if the cutoffs are lower in 2023.
Here are some factors that could affect your chances of getting a free seat in CSE:
* Your caste/category: If you belong to a reserved category, you will have a higher chance of getting a seat than if you are from a general category.
* Your EAMCET score:

It is unlikely that you will get a seat in an autonomous engineering college for CSE with a rank of 122786 in Andhra Pradesh EAMCET. The cutoff for CSE in autonomous colleges in Andhra Pradesh is usually around 10,000 or lower. However, there are a few colleges that you may be eligible for, such as:
* JNTU, University College of Engineering, Vizianagaram
* Sree vidyaniketan engineering college
* Sri venkateswara engineering college
* JNTU Kalikiri
* JNTU Pulivendula
These colleges are not autonomous, but they offer a good quality education in CSE. You can also consider applying for a seat in a government college, as the cutoff for CSE in gov

According to my perspective, the rank will be based on your performance in the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET exam and the marks obtained in the qualifying examination. Since you have passed the Inter supplementary exam, you will be considered for ranking. You can visit the official website of the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET or JNTUK for the latest updates on the rank declaration.
