The admission cutoff ranks for engineering colleges through EAMCET can vary from year to year, depending on various factors such as the number of available seats and the performance of the candidates. Considering your rank of 21,658, it is important to note that the availability of colleges and branches may also depend on the category you belong to (e.g., general, SC, ST, OBC, etc.).
Typically, candidates with ranks around 21,658 in EAMCET have a chance of getting admission to engineering colleges in the middle or lower tier. You may have options in private engineering colleges or less popular branches in some of the well-known colleges

Based on your rank of 12852 in Andhra Pradesh EAMCET 2023, you have a fair chance of securing admission into reputed institutions such as VIT Andhra Pradesh or SRM Andhra Pradesh with the Computer Science Engineering (CSE) branch. However, it's important to note that cutoffs for specific engineering streams can vary based on candidate preferences and seat availability. The cutoffs for VITEEE 2023 have not been released yet. Typically, candidates scoring 118 or higher would fall within the range of 1-250 in terms of rank, while those scoring less than 31 may obtain ranks of 20,000 or lower.
Keep in mind that cutoffs can change each year,
