Yes, the B.Arch cutoff for APEEJAY School of Architecture and Planning has been released. Admission to courses is done based on the scores obtained in entrance exams such as NATA, CUET, etc. The CUET cut off for admission in 2025 varied from 167 to 330. To study in B.Arch at the Faculty of Architecture, AKTU, one must aim for a minimum of 75% in 10+2 (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) and a rank below 5,000 in JEE Main Paper 2 or above 120 in NATA.
Draw, read NCERT, and solve past papers to prepare. Create a portfolio of design talent. Apply via JoSAA (June 2025). If necessary join coaching for NATA.

For admission into the M.Arch programme conducted by the Faculty of Architecture, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, or AKTU, of Lucknow, 50% marks must be scored in a B.Arch from any recognised institution. The major determinant of admission is based on the GATE (Architecture) or the AKTU entrance test results, with GATE qualifiers being given preference.
Candidates should apply through the AKTU portal (April-May 2025, fee ~ INR 1,300) along with B.Arch marksheets, GATE scorecard, category certificates, and ID proof. Thereafter, the counseling process takes place, during which the allocation of 20-30 seats takes place accord

Yes, you can get admission to SPA Vijayawada - School of Planning and Architecture BArch course without NATA. To be eligible for the course, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 in a relevant stream from any recognised board. Eligible candidates will also have to appear for the JEE Main exam (if not appearing for the NATA exam) and score valid marks to secure admission to the course.
