The total tuition fee for Mohamed Sathak A.J. Academy of Architecture M.Arch. in Architectural Conservation is INR 50000 for 2 years. The course is divided across 4 semesters and hence the candidates have to pay the fees in four equal intallments. Apart from the tuition fees, candidates also have to pay the application fee and admission fee at the time of admission confirmation.

The total tuition fee for B.Arch at Mohamed Sathak A.J. Academy of Architecture is INR 2.50 lakhs for 5 years. Candidates have to pay the fees semester-wise, i.e., in every six months. The fee is as per the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission 2023 and it is for the candidates selected via counseling.
B.Arch at MSAJAA is a five-year, full-time, regular course which is offered in affiliation with the Anna University. No, you cannot join MIT School of Architecture for B.Arch without the GATE exam.
The required entrance exam for B.Arch is NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture). GATE is primarily for postgraduate engineering programs.

Eligibility for Master of Planning - URP at MIT School of Architecture:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Planning, Civil Engineering, or Technology with minimum 55% marks.
- OR Master's degree in Geography, Sociology, or Economics with required marks.
- A valid GATE score is preferred but not mandatory.
- Non-GATE candidates can appear for PERA-CET.
