Scoring 173 in NATA and 79% in Class 12, you stand a good chance to secure admission at Sir J.J. College of Architecture, OBC category. Admission is based on NATA score, Class 12 marks, and year-wise cutoff by the college.

For B.Tech, applicants should have completed 10+2 in the Science stream with a minimum of 50% marks. Admission to B.Arch is based on the NATA entrance exam.

Yes, you can join l.k.gujral Punjab Technical University - Maholi campus without NATA for B.Tech.
You can join by these exams - JEE Mains, CBSE class 12th
Eligibility criteria for B.Tech is - 45 % in 10+2.
