The annual fee structure for B.Arch and M.Arch (Habitat Design) at BMS School of Architecture for the academic year 2024-25 under the Management Quota is:
- B.Arch: INR 6,50,000 per year
- M.Arch (Habitat Design): INR 1,00,000 per year
This fee is applicable under the BMS Educational Trust Management Quota. Fees may vary for government quota seats.It ranges upto 5 Lacs for the entire duration. All are mentioned on their official website.

Eligibility for Admissions :
- Candidates with Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent recognised by Council of Architecture, New Delhi
- 50% or more marks in qualifying B.Arch exam
- Candidates should pass in PGCET or GATE Examination
- PGCET (Post Graduate Common Entrance Test) conducted by KEA (Karnataka Examination Authority)
