The eligibility criteria to take admission for B.Arch at Crescent School of Architecture is as follows:-

  1. Minimum 50% in 12th class.
  2. Qualifying the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) exam.

So as the admissions are entrance based, students will be shortlisted based on the cutoff of NATA only. Talking about the cuttoff required to take admission, it is not fixed. The cuttoff varies every year according to the seats intake and applications. Previous year cuttoff information is also not availabe so estimated cutoff cannot stated.

The application fee for the B.Arch programme at Crescent School of Architecture is INR 35000. This is to be kept in mind that this fees is not included in the tution fees of this course which is INR 1250000. This fees is to be paid on the time of registering for the programme either online or offline.

To take admission at Crescent School of Architecture for M.Arch, you need to first visit the official website of this institute and fill the application form whenever the admissions are open. Admissions for M.Arch at this institute are merit based, merit will be prepared based on your graduation score. So as you'll fill the application form, students will be shortlisted based on the merit and if you qualify in that, you'll be called for final admission steps. Final admission steps include fee deposition, documents verification, councelling etc. So after completion of all the admission steps, the seat will be yours.

CMR University also conducts CMRUAT for admission to BArch and other UG and PG courses. Aspirants with a valid score in any other entrance exam are exempted from appearing for CMRUAT. Once selected, candidates need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat.

Aspirants must pass Class 12 examination with at least 50% aggregate overall and 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised board to apply for BArch course at School of Architecture, CMR University. Besides, candidates who have passed a three-year Diploma after Class 10 with Mathematics as compulsory subjects with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST/ OBC students) can also apply for the BArch course.
