NICMAR University, Pune has seats reserved for SC/ST/EWS and other such categories. Out of total seat count, 40% is for students who are domicile of the Maharashtra state. There are over 40 seats for the BArch programmes. The mentioned seat details are as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is however still subject to changes and hence, is indicative.

There are a total of 40 seats for the BArch programme of NICMAR University. Candidates are admitted as per this sanctioned seat intake and performance in selection rounds. This seat count can be revised by the university in any academic session. It is further as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to changes and hence, is indicative.

In the last semester, candidates have to complete a architectural design thesis. Along with this, there are subjects as well, including entreprenurship skills, computer application, and two professional elective subjects. Moreover, in the ninth semester, candidates have to go through a professional training.

The course curriculum for NICMAR Pune BArch is divided into 10 semesters. It consists of core topics, open electives, and professional electives. In the ninth semester, students have to go through a professional training that ensures practical exposure. Mentioned below are some of the topics/subjects covered during the programme:

The aspirants of this UG-level Architecture course shall first check that they meet the eligibility criteria. Eligible students can visit the official website to register and apply. Following this, applications are scanned and evaluated based on applicants scores in NATA/JEE Main paper 2. Candidates shortlisted by the authority are invited to participate in counselling. After seat allotment, candidates can pay the admission fee for enrollment confirmation.

Yes, candidates without a valid NATA score are also eligible to apply for BArch course of NICMAR University. These aspirants can apply with a valid score of JEE Main paper - 2 score. Apart from this, the student should have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognised board with at least 45% aggregate. The eligible students can visit the official website to apply.

Yes, NICMAR University offers a BArch course of five-year duration. It is a full-time programme. Admission to the UG course is granted based on NATA/JEE paper 2 scores and academic performance. The shortlisted candidates are further called for counselling by the university. Moreover, it is also necessary that the course aspirants meet the eligibility criteria. The applications are accepted in online mode.

A qualifying score on the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is required for admission to Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University (JNAFAU) for a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) program. Candidates must normally receive at least the qualifying score required by the Council of Architecture (CoA), often 70 out of 200 possible points in NATA. A seat at JNAFAU is not guaranteed even if you meet the minimal qualifying score because admittance is difficult.
