There are a total of 40 seats for the BArch programme of NICMAR University. Candidates are admitted as per this sanctioned seat intake and performance in selection rounds. In the last semester, candidates have to complete a architectural design thesis. Along with this, there are subjects as well, including entreprenurship skills, computer application, and two professional elective subjects. Moreover, in the ninth semester, candidates have to go through a professional training. 

The course curriculum for NICMAR Pune BArch is divided into 10 semesters. It consists of core topics, open electives, and professional electives. Yes, candidates without a valid NATA score are also eligible to apply for BArch course of NICMAR University. These aspirants can apply with a valid score of JEE Main paper - 2 score. Yes, NICMAR University offers a BArch course of five-year duration. It is a full-time programme. Admission to the UG course is granted based on NATA/JEE paper 2 scores and academic performance. The shortlisted candidates are further called for counselling by the university. Moreover, it is also necessary that the course aspirants meet the eligibility criteria. The applications are accepted in online mode.
