Qualifying NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) is mandatory to be eligible for B.Arch. Also students must have a minimum aggregate of 50% in their class 10+2 with subjects physics, chemistry and mathematics.

Pillai HOC College of Architecture can be considered as a good college for BArch. The college offers BArch course in affiliation with University of Mumbai. Additionally, it is accredited by NAAC with an A grade and AICTE. The College is also approved by the Council of Architecture (COA) and recognised by the Government of Maharashtra and DTE, Maharashtra. PHCOA Khalapur has a well-equipped campus, experienced faculty and several industry connections. Candidates must visit the official website or campus to know more about the course and college.

Pillai HOC College of Architecture offers one course, namely BArch. The total tuition fee for the same is INR 92K. Additionally, the annual hostel fees is around INR 1.22 Lacs. Students must note that the total fee charged by PHCOA for BArch can include multiple components, such as tuition fees, security deposit, and mess fees. Some of these components, such as the security fee, and application fee are one-time chargeable.

Yes, You can work as an architect, architectural assistant, architectural historian/journalist, project assistant manager, architectural designer, architect-engineer, building contractor, or an interior designer after completing your B.Arch course.

Compared to B.Tech, Arch is far more difficult but provides with competitive remuneration. Only those with strong physical stamina, patience, responsibility, creative thinking, and sketching abilities should pursue a degree in architecture.
