While allocating SPA Delhi MPlan seats, the admission committee takes the institute's reservation policy into consideration. As per the SPA Delhi reservation policy, a total of 39 seats are reserved for the admission of SC/ST category students. Out of which, 20 seats are reserved for students belonging to the Scheduled Castes and 19 seats are reserved for the admission of ST category students. Moreover, 5% of seats are reserved for Physically Challenged Persons on a horizontal basis.

To get an MPlan seat at SPA Delhi, students must follow the below-mentioned steps:

1. Eligibility check: Begin with ensuring that you fulfill the eligibility requirements.

2. Application process: Download the application form or collect it from the admissions office and submit it at the school centre.

3. Merit list check: Stay updated with the merit list. If shortlisted, you move to the next stage.

4. Interview Process: Shortlisted students are further invited for a PI round.

4. Reporting: If offered admission, report to the institute for verification of documents.

5. Pay the admission fee.

SPA Delhi offers a limited number of seats under each of the MPlan courses. Combining all, the institute offers 135 seats. This implies that a total of 135 students can take admission in the institute's MPlan programme in a single academic year. Moreover, students must note that this seat intake is as per official sources. However, it is subject to change.

Once the prospective candidates have applied for the SPA Delhi MPlan programme, the admission committee begins with the shortlist process. Candidates who have good academic records and meet the set cutoff in entrance exams are invited for the interview round. In this round, a panel of interviewers evaluates students based on their portfolio of work/thesis/projects, work experience (if any), and the SOP.

For confirmation of SPA Delhi MPlan admissions, students with admission offers must report to the institute for verification of documents. Mentioned below is a list of documents required for verification:

• Class 10 and 12 marksheets
• Copy of Aadhaar Card
• Transfer certificate
• Migration certificate
• Category certificate
• UG marksheets
• UG degree
• Accepted entrance test score card
• Physical fitness certificate
• Anti-ragging affidavits

Once the seat allocation process is completed students with admission offers are required to pay first installment of tuition fees. As per the fee structure the total tuition fee to pursue MPlan at SPA Delhi amounts to INR 1.8 lakh for a two-year course duration.

The top entrance exams for Architecture courses are: National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA), JEE Main (Paper-II), WBJEE, JEE Advanced and AMUEEE.

To get into Architecture you need to first clear basic education, i.e. Class 10+2 in the relevant stream like Science or even arts would also help. After that, sit for NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) and aim for best Architecture colleges in India to puruse a B.Arch course.
