College of Architecture offers a 5 year Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) course at the UG level. Admission to B.Arch programme is based on the NATA exam scores. Candidates, must have at least 50% aggregate in Class 12, to be eligible for B.Arch programme.

Candidates who have cleared the HSC (10+2) or equivalent exam with a minimum passing grade from any school and hold a degree of B.Arch will be considered eligible for admission. Admission at BVSP is based on a Common Entrance Test (CET) consisting of a Personal Interview and Portfolio Assessment.

Yes, Bachelor of architecture (B.Arch) placements at Chitkara School of Planning and Architecture is very good. As per the latest information regarding placements by Chitkara School of Planning and Architecture, a total of 84 students completed their course this year, in that 20 members got Pre-placement offers, a total of 52 number of students got domestic placements and 12 students opted for post graduation. This results shows that this Chitkara School of Planning and Architecture is very good college in placements wise

The highest package for Bachelor Architecture (B.Arch) students at Chitkara School of Planning and Architecture is INR 7.6 Lacs per annum. Whereas average salary is INR 6 Lacs per annum. As per the latest bulletin released by the college administration regarding placements, a total of 64 students who completed their B.Arch within stipulated timeline (2023 - 2024), all got placed in good companies with decent package.

The eligibility criteria for the M.Arch (Environmental Architecture) programme at D.Y. Patil School of Architecture is:
- Candidates must have a B.Arch degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a UGC recognised university .
- Candidates must have a valid GATE score, MAH-M.Arch-CET score, or can appear for the ADYPU Entrance Exam .
The programme has an intake of 20 seats and is a 2-year full-time postgraduate degree course.
