Candidates who have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with at least 45%-50% aggregate are eligible to apply for BMS School of Architecture BArch course. Besides, aspirants must have a valid NATA or JEE Main Paper 2 scores for admission. Candidates must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.

To get into Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College for a BArch course, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the college. JNEC offers full-time BArch courses of five years' duration. Students can get into this course based on a valid NATA exam score. Apart from the selection criteria, students must pass Class 12 (common eligibility).

The distribution of SPA Delhi BPlan seats is subject to rules of reservation. As per the reservation policy followed by the institute, a total of 10 seats are reserved for the admission of SC/ST category students to its BPlan course.
