NMIMS Mumbai BArch fee is INR 26.25 Lacs for five years. 

To be eligible for NMIMS BArch admission, candidates must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. They must have completed a Diploma after Class 10 in any stream recognised by Central/ state governments in the first attempt with Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects. 

To apply for NMIMS BArch course, candidates need to visit the official website of the University to fill out the application form. Apart from applying on NMIMS, aspirants are also required to apply separately to NATA for taking their aptitude test. A Merit list will be prepared on the basis of candidates' performance in NATA. 

As per some sources, the MArch course was discontinued by the college in April 2022. There is no other information related to the PG course as of now.

The applicants belonging to Maharashtra state with 140+ NATA scores and 95% in Class 12 have a chance of getting selected. For other students, a score of more than 100 and at least 85% in Class 12 will be required for selection. The total tuition fee for the JJ College of Architecture BArch course is INR 40,000. In addition, the total fee also includes other components like library deposit, security deposit, etc. Candidates some amount of this fee at the time of admission for seat confirmation. The fee amount mentioned here is further taken from the official website/sanctioning body. It is subject to changes.

The CEPT University average package is not out on the official website. However, the median package is released in the NIRF report.
