Yes, one can pursue an M.Plan course without pursuing a B.Plan course. As per the basic eligibility criteria for admission to the MPlan course, the candidates who have completed either of the courses are eligible: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Bachelor of Technology in Civil (B.Tech Civil), Bachelor of Engineering in Civil (B.E. Civil), Bachelor of Planning (B.Plan), Master of Arts in Geography (MA Geography), Master of Arts in Economics (MA Economics), Master of Arts in Sociology (MA Sociology), Master of Science in Economics (MSc Economics) and Master of Science in Geography (MSc Geography).

Yes, you can pursue Industrial Design Course after completing class 12 in Arts stream. Candidate must have completed 10+2 in any stream with a minimum of 50% from any recognised high school board.
Entrance-Must clear the Design Aptitude Test (Tier 1 and 2).

For admissions for B.Arch, JJ College of Architecture accept the score of JEE mains, MH CET and NATA. Although cutoff information for only MH CET is available. The closing rank for MHCET in year 2023 was 116.33 (General-Home State) and in the year 2022, it was 159. The last date to apply for MHCET counselling is 30th July 2024 and the final cutoffs will be released on 8 august 2024. Although no information related to NATA and JEE mains cutoff is available. You have chances of getting admission into JMI regular entry on the basis of previous year NATA result.
