To get admission in the M.Arch programme at Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Architecture can be easy, if you  have a B.Arch degree from a UGC recognised university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. You must also achieve a satisfactory score in either the GATE or MAH M.Arch CET entrance exam, followed by a personal interview.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to enroll in Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Architecture for B.Arch without taking the NATA exam. To be eligible for admission to the B.Arch program, you must pass either the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) or JEE Paper II. The college strictly requires these exams and does not offer direct admission without them.

To apply to Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Architecture for B.Arch, you need to have completed a 10+2 level examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects and obtained a minimum of 50% marks overall. Alternatively, candidates who have completed the 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as a mandatory subject and secured at least 50% marks in total are also eligible. Additionally, a valid NATA score following COA guidelines and notifications is necessary.
