Yes, admission to M.Arch course is based on Aptitude Test in GATE/ MAH M.Arch CET/ MGMU CET/ PERA CET score. Additionally, candidates must complete graduation to apply for the M.Arch course. After completion of the selection rounds, candidates are called for document verification and fee payment. Aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat. The total tuition fee for M.Arch is INR 1.50 lakh. The fee excludes hostel charges and other admission components.

Candidate should be an Indian National and have domicile of Maharashtra state and/ or born in the Maharashtra state to apply for BArch course of JNEC Aurangabad. Aspirants who have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics can apply for BArch course. Aspirants who have pass Class 10 along with a three-year Diploma with Mathematics as a subject are also eligible. Additionally, aspirants should have passed NATA or JEE Main Paper-2 for admission to BArch course. The college considers the entrance exam score of the candidates and call them for further rounds of selection.
