Anna University offers BE/BTech courses via its affiliated colleges on the basis of JEE Main ranks, followed by TNEA counselling for admission. For AI & Data Science, the TNEA last round cutoff ranks varied between 2504 and 145989, wherein the most competitive cutoff rank was for Sri Sairam Engineering College for admission to the AI & Data Science course. Actually both Artificial intelligence and Computer Science engineering with AI specialisation are excellent courses. AI course focuses on core principles of AI including machine learning, deep learning etc. Where as computer Science engineering with AI focuses on computer Science fundamentals with AI specialization. It depends on you that which course is better for you.
