The seats not filled through JEE Main compete with DTE counseling for the remaining 20% allocation. The best for you can be decided by your interest.
If you want to focus on Data science, AI and machine methodology then you should choose Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology (AIDS).
If you want to learn principals of core electric engineering and power systems and automation then you should choose PSG College of Technology (EEE).
