Yes music can be there as a minor subject but its only applicable in few colleges and to get it with your course is not easy as it is not available. If you want to learn music you can opt a course about music and if you want it as a side buisness I'll suggest you to join music society of your college it will help you to learn a lot and will give you great experience as well!
