Hi Aniket,
You are good at maths, but still failed. Quite surprising and no, without a strong mathematical background, you cannot possibly study what you want. You should consider retaking the exam and improve your scores significantly to be accepted by universities abroad. If you are really into astronomy I will suggest you take online courses a MOOC. This may help to further advance your studies.

Hi Mehul, The conventional way is to go for Bachelors in physics, followed by a Masters and a PhD in physics. But some people (including me) are doing PhD after a Bachelors in engineering. One needs very good understanding of physics and maths as a prerequisite. In the meanwhile, many leading research institutes like IUCAA, Pune organize short term Schools in astrophysics for school students, which should be used by you to get a deeper glimpse of this field.
Cosmologists spend most of their time worrying about the different theories about the origin and fate of the Universe. Astrophysicts read a lot of scientific papers, attend research

Hi Prince, there is nothing much you can do now, without maths there is no chance. You should have known what you are signing for when you took PCB. You are now advised to get in touch with universities abroad, find out if you can do pre-requisite course in maths and be eligible. US universities are flexible and may give you a chance. Look for associate degrees.
