The pattern of education in Germany is quite different than what it is in India. There is a great focus on practicals and on job training, even during the engineering. Excellent academics is of course primary requirement. But, there are plenty of nuances. I would advise you to approach an agency that deals with sending students to Germany for undergraduate courses.

Dear Dhirendra,
Since you have done B.Tech automobile engineering. I would suggest you go for the further continuation of your stream. M.Tech is preferable to you. Since you have already acquired the significant knowledge of technical skills, M.Tech is the best option for you. However, if you are keen to management stream, you may opt for MBA. Dhirendra, it's all upto you and your future goals, but as per me, you should go for M.Tech.
Hope this helps.

I think you should take a choice on the basis of your interest in the field rather looking for the placements, because your interest in the field will give you the placement.

To get a good salary, its necessary to opt for a degree course after Diploma and also, you must have sound technical knowledge. B.Tech/BE through lateral entry (direct second year admission) will be the best for you, you have to appear for LEET examination to get a good college.
