I always believe that if any one pursues a job oriented course, he/she must enrich some practical experience then go for next level study, so according to my view you should go for a job, do it at least for 1 year and then go for B.Tech.

Companies like BMW and Mercedes usually hire from top notch colleges across India like IIT's and BITS Pilani, you need a BE, B.Tech or a Masters in automobile engineering degree to get job in these companies.

I can only suggest you to score above 85 percent marks in class 10th and after that opt for Diploma course. If you score good marks in Diploma, you can get admission in a good engineering college. If you want to continue your HSC education then score above 75 percent marks in PCM.
