You have actually stated something but have not proceeded to ask any query. Perhaps you desire the meaning of these terms? B.Tech or BE in Aeronautical engineering or Aerospace engineering is one and the same. B.Tech in avionics is the study of various airborne systems provided onboard which help it to fly. B.Tech aircraft maintenance engineering is misnomer. It's actually a three year B.Sc. Course in AME.

That's a bit tough case.
If you come from any reserved category, then you can apply for Freeship for which every commission has its own norms. You can visit their webpage and find out the details. And if you come from General Category, then you can go for loan in education category which is provided by almost all the banks. Refer SBI and PNB as your first priority because they allow lower interest rates.

You should be aware that the cost of CPL Training is dependent on the type of aircraft you choose to get trained on:
Cessna 152 - Rs.7000-8000 Per Hour
Cessna 172 - Rs.9000-11000 Per Hour
P-16 - Rs.15000-18000 per hour, etc.
And any candidate who gets enrolled for this professional training requires to complete 200 hrs of flying, in order to get his/her CPL issued. Hence the total cost including accommodation + food goes around 35-40Lakhs. IGRUA & NFTI are two premiere institutions in India who also have a tie-up with international TRTO CAE. Flying is taught by flying schools and not by universities as CPL is a professional training as

Obviously B.Tech is aircraft maintenance is 10 times better than B.Sc because with B.Tech you will get degree in technology and you'll get more job opportunities in both sector government and private and you can also pursue higher education such as M.Tech and you will get more annual packages than B.Sc holders.

The job is all dependent on the market. No such predictions can be made about pilot jobs. If you wish to be a pilot then go for it, become a good skilled pilot and wait for your turn.

Yes, this course imparts training on different aspects of maintenance of aircraft. After the three year course, you are awarded a degree. Most importantly you are enabled to obtain licence of DGCA which in turns enables the student to get job in an airline.
