Helicopter Pilots hold CHPL. Commercial Helicopter Pilot License it is also issued by DGCA like CPL. The eligibility is similar to that of a Fixed wing pilot. Indian Aviation is growing- and it is poised to grow faster. If the LCCs succeed, the number of aircraft in India will increase tenfold/ hundred fold. But I doubt there is a single good institute that offers AV Management. As far as I know- the personnel who teach- have never seen an AIRCRAFT or Airport!
