Hi Jibin,
Student Pilot License is a very basic license with which one can actually pilot the aircraft. To acquire Commercial Pilot License, according to DGCA requirements the candidate has to do minimum of 200 hours of flying training and, so to fulfil this requirement, SPL is the very first step which can lead the candidate to a flourishing Commercial Pilot.

Complete your 12th in non-medical stream. Then join DGCA approved any aviation institute. The cost of training will be around 15 to 20 Lacs plus. It will be more or less based on the type of license you need. There are different license like SPL, PPL, CPL SPL: Student pilot license is the basic step to start a careerPPL: Private Pilot License can be obtained by 60 hours of flying (with trainer and individual flying)CPL: commercial pilot license can be obtained by 190 hours of flying.
