B.A Eligibility

Candidates need to complete a minimum of Class 12 to apply for BA at St. Joseph College of Communication. Aspirants applying via Management Quota must pass Class 12 with a minimum of 65% aggregate for BA programme. Candidates must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.

Eligibility for BA programs at Bharathiar University Distance Education requires candidates to have passed 10+2 (HSC) or equivalent examination from a recognised board. Applicants with 10th and a 3-year Diploma are also eligible. For those without formal 10+2 education, the open university system allows admission to candidates aged 18 years and above, provided they pass the university preliminary examination. There is no upper age limit for admission.

Admission to BA at Saintgits College of Applied Science is merit-based. Students' selection is based on their performance in the previous qualifying exam. • UGC NET: UGC NET is for post-graduate admissions and research eligibility. For BA programs, UGC NET is not required, as it is intended for Master's degree holders.
