B.A Eligibility

Fergusson College offers a three-year BA under various specialisations. The college has specified a simple eligibility requirement for all BA specialisations. To be eligible for BA admission at the college, applicants must have passed Class 12 in any stream from a recognised board/council. Additionally, they must present the originial documents proving their eligibility at the time of admission. 

BA in Music ( western Contemporary music) at NMIMS school of performing Arts Mumbai eligibility criteria: 

1. Students have must 10+2 exam passed at least 50% marks at any stream.
2. Students having good potential and skills can be considered as a special case and allowed for audition round or equivalent examination from a recognised board with minimum 50% marks. 
3. All eligible candidates who wish to apply for our program, must upload a video of their performance on YouTube and attach the link in the application form. The candidates will then be shortlisted and called in for auditions on specific dates.

The eligibility criteria for admission to the BA in Dramatics at MIT School of Film and Theatre, ADT University are as follows:

1. Educational Qualification:
   • Candidates must have passed the 12th grade or equivalent examination from a recognised board.
2. Minimum Marks:
   • A minimum aggregate of 50% marks in the 12th grade (relaxed for reserved categories as per university norms).
3. Entrance Exam:
   • Candidates may be required to appear for an entrance exam or personal interview as part of the admission process.

JLU Bhopal BA eligibility criteria state the conditions to be fulfilled by candidates interested in taking admission. As per official sources, in order to be eligible, candidates must have passed Class 12 examinations with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised board of India.

To be eligible for the B.A. in Music (Indian Music) programme at NMIMS School of Performing Arts in Mumbai, you must meet the following criteria: 

Have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% aggregate in 12th standard

Upload an unlisted video of your performance on YouTube and attach the link in your application form

Be under 35 years of age

If a candidate has a minimum aggregate of 45% in Class 12 then they are eligible for admission in the MDSU Ajmer BA programme. Candidates are selected on the basis of the merit secured in their Class 12 exam. MDSU Ajmer provides BA admission in its main campus as well as through multiple affiliated colleges. Therefore, candidates have multiple colleges if they want to apply for BA admission at the university and each college has a different cutoff.

Dr MGR Educational and Research Institute has specified the eligibility criteria that the applicants must fulfill in order to secure BA admission at the institute. To be eligible to pursue a BA at Dr MGR Educational and Research Institute,  applicants must have passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination from a recognised educational board or council. The selection of the aspirants is based on merit in the qualifying exam. Before applying, they must ensure that they meet the preset eligibility criteria.

BA courses can be pursued by all studnets who have completed their class 12th. Studnets from any stream can pursue a BA degree. Many colleges have a minimum eligibilty criteria of atleast 50% marks. However, most colleges offer admission through entrance exam scores of CUET, IPU CET and PUBDET. Colleges may offer admission based on combined merit and entrance exam scores. Students are advised to check the admission criteria of colleges they wish to apply to.
