Hello,
You should opt B.A. English + B.Ed. + M.A. English. It will increase your chances for becoming a teacher who will teach higher class. For PRT (1-5), you have to qualify TET exam of primary level & for class 6-8, you have to qualify TET exam of upper primary level. For TGT, you have to qualify TGT exam. For PGT, you have to qualify PGT exam. For becoming a professor, you have to qualify NET exam.

Candidate must have English at 10+2 level with 60% marks for General (54% marks for OBC category.
Admission is based on the marks obtained in 10+2.

If you are having 90+% in these four subjects then it will be a cake walk for you to get admission in north campus of DU maybe in the fourth or fifth round.
Kirori Mal College and Ramjas College will be a good option for you.
