Mostly fundamental questions are asked, such as Literary Terms of English. Also, History of English Literature is important.
There are books such as MH Abrahams for Literary Terms. Also, History of English can be learned from the book by David Daiches.
Go through the terminologies well.

Both the courses are good at their own place. It totally depends on your interest that in which field you are more interested. Opportunities will be same in both the courses. If you are interested in any government exams like UPSC or SSC CGL then you can take BA History honors. Best of luck.
