UNIRAJ offers BA LLB courses via its many affiliated institutes. Some of the colleges include Maharshi Dayanand Law College, Vidyasthali Law College, Hans Law College, and others. Out of all the affiliated colleges and institutes, Hans Law College, has the highest intake with 300 seats. To get a seat, students must register and appear for the RULET exam conducted by the university.

HNLU Raipur has a total intake of 180 students for its BA LLB (Hons) programme. This includes the seats for All-India category (85), seats reserved for the candidates with Chattisgarh Domicile (85), NRIs (8) and Foreign National category (2). Additionally, there are 7 supernumerary seats (over and above the sanctioned intake). 5 of these seats are reserved for wards of Kashmiri Migrants and 2 seats are reserved for students from Jammu & Kashmir.
