The eligibility criteria to get admission to SLS Pune BA LLB course is Class 12 or equivalent examination from any recognised board with a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent grade. Students belonging to the Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes can have a minimum 40% aggregate.
Further, for BA LLB admission student must also have a valid scores in the SLAT exam also known as Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT). Symbiosis Law School (SLS) Pune, is known for its innovative and creative way of teaching and apart from its level of education, its also known for its scholarship programmes and financial assistance which helps the students get enrolled whilst they may have some monetary issues. The cutoff rank for NALSAR varies every year. It is determined based on applicants CLAT score. In 2024, CLAT Round 5 admission list was the concluding round for NALSAR Hyderabad BA LLB (H) course admission. During the counselling, the last round closing rank for BA LLB (Hons) was 167 for the General category under the All-India quota.

For admission through CLAT, the aspirants must meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by the exam conducting body. Aspirants who have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognised board with a minimum of 45% aggregate are eligible. Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories get a 5% relaxation in the minimum aggregate. Furthermore, the aspirants must hold the pass certificates. These documents are required for verification purposes.

Yes, NALSAR University of Law offers five-year BA LLB (Hons) programme. It is a full-time course. For admission to the course, candidates need to take the CLAT exam. Based on exam score, candidates fulfilling the cutoff criteria have to take part in the counselling. After seat allotment, candidates can pay the required fee amount to confirm their seats.

As per the admission guidelines of Symbiosis Law School Pune 2025, admission to the BA LLB course is subject to a valid scores in the SLAT 2025 exam.

The placement report for the 2024 BA LLB course is not available as yet. As the NIRF report 2023 states, at Christ University, School of Law, the median package for BA LLB Hons students during the 2022 placements stood at INR 4.83 LPA. In comparison, the median salary package offered was INR 4.8 LPA in the previous year. Out of a total of 262 students in the BA LLB (Hons) course, 171 were placed, and the percentage of placement recorded was 65%.
