No, you are not eligibile to give UPSC exam in your 4th year of BA LLB course, as according to the UPSC criteria you need to acquire a bachelor's degree and BA LLB is treated as a single degree for UPSC purposes.

For the academic batch 2025, BA LLB aspirants can fill out the enquiry form at Kalsalingam University for the academic batch 2025. The university opens its portal for admission enquiries. Specific dates for the 2025-2026 academic year have not been announced yet. However, for the academic year 2024, the classes have been started in the month of August. So, the application process might start before the commencement of classes. It can be anticipated that the admission dates for the 2025 batch can be similar.

Even if you failed to pass Physics you can still do BA LLB. The Bar Council of India (BCI) demands 45% or more comprising marks in 10+2 or an equivalent examination for admission from any recognised board. School leavers are eligible if they passed 5 subjects with 60 percent and above as per the above table. As we saw from the previous BCI, there isn't a provision stating that a student has to pass all the subjects offered, which translates to there being six of them, here.
