The University has not released the placement report or brochure. TNNLU is the new entry in the list of NLUs. TNNLU was established in the year 2012. The courses offered by the university are BA- LLB (Hons), BCom- LLB (Hons), and LLM & PhD in the field of law.

• The admission to BA- LLB (Hons), BCom- LLB (Hons) & LLM will be done through the CLAT exam
• An admission test is conducted by the university to fill seats in the PhD programme
