See, for this issue, you have to contact the SLAT department only as they can only help you out from this issue wisely, but as according to me there will some postponing of dates may be possible.

Passed 10+2 examination of Punjab School Education Board or any other equivalent examination (such as 11+1, A level in Senior School leaving certificate course) from a recognized university of India or outside or from a Senior Secondary Board or equivalent institution from a foreign country securing not less than 50% marks in case of general category applicants and 45% of the total marks in case of SC/ST applicants. Explanation: 1. The applicant who have obtained 10+2 or equivalent through open Universities system directly without having any basic qualification for pursuing

The college eligibility code prima facie doesn't speak of MBL category and quota offered to it. It speaks about the eligibility requirement for the general category and eligibility requirement for SC/ ST. I have attached the link too, for your kind perusal. Further, you can directly contact the college administration and inquire your query because the website is silent on that. Also, try visiting the college with your MBL certificate and inquire in person.
