You can change to Colleges which come under the affiliation of your university. However, if you wish to change your university as well, then you will have to start from the 1st year. But, so is not the case when you change college within the same University, then you can continue from where you left.

as there's no age limit in CLAT, yes you can definitely appear for 5 year BA LLB exams.

It is simple, please visit www.cuchd.in and register yourself and rest we will do through your email and contact number, but the criteria for admission is that you must have 50 above percentage in your previous degree or schools.
