B.A LLB Eligibility

KCC Institute of Legal and Higher Education offers 5-year BA LLB programme. The eligibility criteria is minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in Class 12) with English as a subject.

The eligibility to get admission in BA LLB is- the aspirant must pass Class 12 with the relevant subject. There is no upper age limit to get admission in BA LLB at Vivekanand Education Society's College of Law.

Maharaja Surajmal Institute BA LLB admissions are given through entrance basis. Students need to fulfil the eligibility requirements given below:

• Class 12 from a recognised board + CLAT score

The eligibility of getting admission in BA LLB at Xavier Law School is Class 12 pass (or equivalent) in any discipline, with at least 60% marks in aggregate, from a recognised Board. Class 12 students, who are expecting their results, can also apply.

The minimum eligibility criteria for admission into BA LLB course is pass class 12 exams, with minimum 50% score. This is for general category students. Whereas, for reserved categories, the minimum marks required are 45%. Students can make their application up to 20 years of age. If it is less or more, admission into BA LLB course at Faculty of Law, BHU will not be offered.

To be eligible for IIULER BA LLB program, you need to have completed your Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board. General or open category students must have scored at least 45% aggregate marks, while students from SC/ST/OBC categories require 40% aggregate marks. Students from all streams, Science, Commerce, or Arts are eligible to apply to the IIULER BA LLB program.

NLU Delhi offers BA LLB course at the UG level. It is offered for five years in several specialisations. To be eligible, candidates need to fulfil eligibility criteria set by the college. Candidates need to be Class 12 pass with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST/ persons with disability). 

KES' Shri Jayantilal H. Patel Law College BA LLB admissions are entrance-based. The eligibility and selection criteria is as below:

• Eligibility - Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 45% (40% for reserved categories)
• Selection Process - MHCET Law score + CAP

The eligibility to get admission in BA LLB is- the aspirant must pass Class 12 with an aggregate of 45% with the relevant subject. The upper age limit to get admission in BA LLB at University Law College, P.G. Department of Studies and Research in Law is 20 years.
