Yes, you can do B.Ed after completing your BA Degree
But, you must have to pass your graduation degree with 50% marks.
Some universities which offers best B.Ed Programme are-
-Delhi University,
-St,Xavier's of Education, Mumbai
-Aligarh Muslim University, UP
-Mahatama Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth, UP
-M.S.Ramaiah College ,karnataka
-Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose College.

Yes, you can surely do but first confirm eligibility on the basis of your marks, etc. And also most MFA programs require any Bachelors degree in order to get admission.

The eligibility for MFA course is Visva Bharti University is as below.
Candidate must have 55% marks for general (49.5% marks for OBC) / corresponding grade in
